Great customer service and super friendly staff! I had to change the tires from my wheelchair wheels cause they were worn out. They helped me put the new ones in and make sure that they fit and work properly. I'm so thankful!
They are super knowledgeable and friendly. They really carry a great selection of parts for BMX, and they even have a pro BMX rider as a mechanic!
Being in the marked for a bike, I walked into Eddie's today over the lunch hour to have a look at the bikes he had to offer. Eddie asked what I was looking for and then began talking about his popular Jamis Coda bike line that he feels are an excellent value. He answered all my questions about thoughtfully and comprehensively. No high pressure or attempt to steer me towards more bike than I needed. I'm still, personally, wrestling with whether to buy new or to get my old bike repaired. Either way, I'll be heading back to Eddie's. Great advice. Nice guy. Fair prices.
Price for a tune up was extremely expensive and the tune up itself took a week and half longer than promised. Staff didn't even acknowledge the delay at all.
Our PSU freshman son took his bike there for an issue and it was such a simple fix there was no charge. They certainly could have taken advantage of a student, but did not. Will be back for tune ups, parts etc. Thank you!
