Land's End Shop at Sears is fabulous! What a great team!
I have never had better service anywhere than today when I went looking for a coat at the Sears, Lands End in State College. The sale woman, Kerry Miller greeted me and was most helpful. I could not find the coat I was looking for, but she happened to own it. She went to the back of the store and brought out her own, for me to try on! She helped me with sizing and color. I have never had anyone go out of their way to help me as much as she did! She was cheerful, professional, and incredible in every way. I ordered the coat online at the store, and she was able to get me a discount as well. I will definitely be back. Wow!
