Quality merchandise and helpful staff. Good deals are now hard to find. Don't find myself going much anymore.
The sales persons greeted me as I walked in the door and asked if they could help me then proceeded to assist me to find that item. I love shopping at MACY'S especially our local store. The sales are great and personnel very welcoming. Keep up the good work!!
At the state college location they did not have the mail box to santa
Great for shoes, juniors, accessories, and active. Not so good for coats or business casual, but also probably the best for business casual in the area. Can be confusing to navigate.
