See the formal complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau #11392688. These jokers wouldn't even respond to the BBB! Absolutely terrible. The work was sloppy. I couldn't even tell that they had even been there. A neighbor told me "they weren't there very long" (which was obvious based on the state of the carpets when I checked their work), the "technician" (owner's husband) banged a wet nozzle down the stairs behind him and left saturated wet spots all the way down the stairs. I found pieces of dirt and small white crumbs of drywall (we had been doing some reno work) still sitting on the surface of the carpet in some places!) I had to hire another company to come in on a tight deadline and do the work the right way and then these people still REFUSED to refund the $220 they took for the worst carpet cleaning job I've ever seen. Still haven't been able to get my money back after about 5 months of trying. PLEASE stay away from these people! We ended up using Blue N White and they were so much better to work with.
