Since you can't find it anywhere: The office hours are 9-4 M, T, Th, F, and 9-12 W. I found out by showing up at 2pm on a Wednesday. Come on, government, didn't Wednesday "banking hours" die in the 80s?
It would be nice to post a phone number online that actually worked. The 800 number always has a wait of 45+ minutes.
Efficient, well organized and very helpful from the time you come in until you leave. The staff seems to take pride in customer service and answers all questions.
The staff is very pleasant to interact with. They do all they can to make you feel comfortable and to help you. The ladies who work behind the window have sweet smiles and a good attitude, welcoming people and helping them with whatever they are there for. The take a number system works well so that you know when you are next. Today when I went there, there wasn't any line so I could walk right up to the window. That happens rarely. There are various waiting times, depending on how many people are there, which is hard to predict. I had an exceptionally extra very good and fast service today.
