UPDATE: They may have replied to this review but when I actually emailed them as the suggested, there was never a reply from them. Just more proof of their horrid customer service.
Crappy products and lying, pushy salespeople. The warranty is only useful as toilet paper. Crappy bed frame broke. Replacements were garbage and every step was torture. Bad communication and delayed deliveries.
Friendly and excited to do business, a little over the top with the “sales pitch” if you already know what you’re looking for and have done your research. The facility smelled heavily of cigarettes. Overall experience was quick and hassle free.
Brad was amazing, he showed me beds that he thought would work best based on what I described and asked for my feedback from every single bed so that he could tailor his suggestions to my likes more and more each time. He was not pushy and allowed me to try out the beds numerous times, while giving me time to myself too. It was honestly amazing service.
Ended up with bed we love but it was a pain in the butt and took more than 2 month. My wife and I are very different sleepers. I like a very very firm mattress and she likes softer. Finding a king bed to satisfy us both wasn't likely but we tried. Mattress Warehouse had a cool test bed to find pressure points and helped guide shopping but we ended up compromising on a mattress and adjustable frame. The frame is nice to elevate our head or feet while reading or whatever but I was immediately unhappy with the mattress. We waited the 30 nights to exchange and ended up sending an additional $1000 between the exchange and mattress upgrade. We ended up buying extra long twin splits so we were both happy. More expensive but it is the route we originally planned. Took a lot of phone calls to make the exchange work and I am very hesitant to do business with them in the future. Will not recommend to friends and family.
Went there for a warranty replacement. Salespeople were not helpful. Ended up with a mattress I am very unhappy with and they don't care. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The sale people were pushy and rude.
