Got the ham club on ciabatta, wasn't busy when we were in and got our food very fast. Tastes very good for a good price
While I've eaten here a handful of times previously and historically had a good experience, I was appalled and disgusted at how my fiance and I were treated there last weekend. They had no regard for customer service and it was like pulling teeth to get them to even acknowledge us. We tried using the bathroom on our way of the mall since we had eaten there when we first arrived and were told that we had to use the public restrooms even though theirs were for guest and employees. I try to only support local businesses in State College but I can guarantee I will never go there again and ensure everyone I know does not go there either. A simple smile or recognition of my business would have been much appreciated and gone a long way!
Awful used to eat here but was very rudely treated!! Make sure you don't use more than 6 creamers!! Even though you bought the coffee and tipped them:) there just lucky I'm a nice person and didn't throw my coffee in there faces because I sure wanted to!! And fyi no one on this earth is better than anyone else u should be ashamed of yourself!!And not once did I complain or treat you rudely when you continusly forgot my soup! But it is what it is hope you have a great day:) I kno I will elsewhere and so will a handful of other workers in the mall that are fed up with the rudeness!!
Work next door at a cellular store and I eat here most days. Great service and even better food . If you like spicy food make sure and try the spicy chicken wrap or the Cajun chicken salad .
This sandwich shop is under new ownership (New Name: "OLD STATE DELI") since 2014 and it shows!! The menu has many options (salads, soups, wraps, sandwiches) and even includes vegetarian items. Try the cajun flavors they offer. The soups are fresh and homemade from scratch. Wish the mall had more choices for dining, but this is clearly the healthiest, freshest, and best quality around. Comparable to a ma & pop version of "panera bread"
