Horrible conditions. Overcrowded tanks. Overcrowded rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. Horrible conditions for reptiles. Two MALE African fat tailed geckos (that WILL KILL EACH OTHER) on SAND(which they can consume and will get impaction and KILL them) with one horrible hide in the middle of the tank open to light with a heat lamp which will hurt their eyes. Unbeaten food running around their tank. Waterfowl difficult for them to get to. $100 for that horrendous set up and $100 for each gecko. Disgusting. They need a warm hide for EACH of them and a MOIST HIDE for EACH of them and a HEAT MAT not HEAT LAMP. No thermometer or hygrometers in there. Very important!! Called about this and got blew off and hung up on.
Horrible service, fish tanks are over crowded, no room to walk or move. Stuff laying all over the floor. Most things are over priced
Waited 45 minutes for workers to ignore service. Was looking at fish and wanted to get some (good selection), the owner spent 30 minutes gathering fish for one customer, which were over crowded with fish btw. The walk ways are narrow and not ADA ascessable. Stood by another worker hoping that they would be able to help get the fish, they kept having a convo with another customer that was not buying anything. Asked if could get some fish, they stated "if it was alright to wait for the owner to get the fish" who was still working on that same customer. Then both of them go to cash register to check one person out.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We walked in store looking to buy a shark. After learning of the size, food and care from the incredibly intelligent and good looking gentleman, we decided that the shark would be unfitting for our current living situation. However, our helper suggested a beautiful chinese fighting fish instead: the Betta. After putting together a large castle for our new friend, baptizing him, training him to do several tricks including flips, we named him consent. Overall 10/10, will be back soon to acquire shark
As I walked in, I noticed how inadequate they housing was for the ALL of the pets except a few fish tanks. I would’ve given this place an easy zero stars if I could’ve. If you know anything about keeping pets or reptiles, you’ll see how sad it is for them. The one tank of frogs didn’t even have moist bedding or a water dish. Very sad to see that someone like that can buy pets and keep them in those conditions until they’re sold to a MUCH better home that’s they can provide.
