Unresponsive, lackadaisical staff that goofs off during sessions, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't communicate well.
Phoenix Rehab is the reason I am able to use my shoulder again comfortably. The staff is friendly, helpful and committed to your well being. Physical therapy is hard, your weak spots are targeted. They are however there to ensure you will be made wholesome again
I was not a patient of Dr. NiCastro, but my experience with Phoenix in Spring 2016 has been very pleasant. The staff have been professional and friendly to everyone, even the obviously non-athletic people such as myself. The exercises are working (even if you don't believe it at the time), and my therapist Alicia Spence takes the time to answer my questions.
When I tried to ask Dr. Nicastro if he thought that a massage would benefit me after my home exercises he told me that I don't listen well and that I was wasting his time and money! I asked him if I missed something, assuming it was his sense of humor but it wasn't. .He told me he wasn't going to talk to me since I don't listen and then told me to leave. I have NEVER been so insulted by a Dr before. He doesn't listen to his patients and makes you very uncomfortable to ask any questions. I should of never left Dr Lamb at UOC. Great chiropractor and physical therapy. Sorry I ever went to Phoenix.
Friendly Staff! Awesome facility!
