I contacted Stanley C Bierly for a propane hot water heater replacement. They responded VERY quickly with a competitive quote and as well rapidly created time on their work schedule to fit us in as we were somewhat without hot water at our home at the time. (Called and got a quote on a Friday...Install was Monday AM!!)

Central air & heat pump installed quickly and without complications. The technicians were extremely polite, asking to use the restroom, wiping their feet on every entrance, cleaning up after themselves. Stan returned my emails usually the same day with lengthy and complete answers, something the other businesses that quoted me did not. Provided me brochures for all of the products discussed so that I may make the best decision for the installation (something, again, competition did not.)
