I absolutely love love LOVE this spa!! I received a massage and used the salt room to relax as a part of my birthday gift a few months back and now Im obsessed! Amazing customer service, and friendly workers is just one of the reasons I come back! The massage/salt rooms are always clean and calming; I truly feel relaxed! You do have to make a massage appointment a few days or sometimes even a week in advance but that doesn't bother me because I know it's worth it!! I wish more people in State College knew about this hidden treasures! 10/10 in my book!

I was visiting Simply Health with 3 of my friends we did a foot detox and the Salt Cave, then Tuesday, I took my staff in for the December Special and Saturday part of my husband's Christmas gift was a visit to the Salt Cave. Love it here Staff very friendly and knowledgeable....
