Wanted to order a new motherboard, saw it was in stock on this website, thought i'd give it a try. I placed my order and then get an email reading "the item is currently not in stock" Even though when I ordered it the stock count clearly read "Available". Will never be purchasing from this website ever again.

It's been a while since I've had customer service this slack. Nearly a week after my order, I got notification that the item was out of stock. This was after getting no reply from a query I sent about the delay. Do yourself a favor and stick with the companies you know.

AVOID them!!! TERRIBLE company to do business with! I placed an order 4 weeks ago. They still insist that the order has shipped but cannot provide a tracking number or proof of shipment. After waiting 4 weeks for the order to arrive I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. They said that's not possible until the package gets to me and either refuse it or return it to them. WHAT PACKAGE?! It's been 4 weeks and they still cant even provide a tracking number for it, who knows when if ever it will show up. CRAZY company. AVOID at all costs!!!!"

I ordered a GTX 1070 from this site as the price was low compared to other sites. After placing my order, I got a bit skeptical about this site due to the low reviews it had received. Upon ordering the item, I got no order number so I called customer service and quickly resolved this issue. Might I add that the shipping time was quickly, and the item was neatly packaged!

Wouldn't ever buy from them again, THIS is unacceptable. I had bought items at first that was in stock and about 4 days later got changed and put on back order. Then they got the nerve to make me wait, rather than alert me they couldn't get the item to me and discontinued it on the day after it was suppose to leave the warehouse. I'm hopeful that net neutrality drives this company to the ground, NEVER get anything from then unless you wish to throw money away and wait months before you ever information about the item. They are one of the worst companies for shipping, and customer support. Half of the spokesmen I personally talked to never actually helped and lack their understanding of English. They couldn't even understand when I asked about shipping, something I would hope they would work harder on to make the customer satisfied, but they needed to get a co-worker to help them with that word. On behalf of myself and co-workers, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS GETTING THIS KIND OF DISRESPECT SPEAK OUT AGAINST THEM SO THIS WON'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.
