They are horrible! They don't know how do anything they just talk crap about people. We asked them that we wanted it exactly like the picture and the said "ya sure we'll do that" but no, they did the complete opposite horrible and ugly and the price is too expensive it's not worth it. They do not know how to treat customers, you're supposed to treat customers with kindness!
I took off my gel nails & got a regular manicure. Worst job ever..she cut my cuticles twice, it bled & swollen now,after 2 hours. Regular nail painting is the worst, I never seen people doing such a job. I wanted to get out of the place when she started taking off my gel nail as she put so much pressure, without letting it soak with for a while...but the lady was nice & I felt bad..I won't go there again..most horrible experience I ever had...plus they charged me $5 to take my gel nail off & $15 for a regular nails. Usually as to my knowledge if I get my nails done from a place they don't charge to take off the gel nails. Which I though is not nice. Oh well lesson learned, don't go there... horrible
Was my first time ...was good i paid 15$ for just painting and cleaning and they put gel even if it is cost 20$ wow thanks
Give them a try. Brandi is awesome... willing to work with you to get what you want... and who doesn't enjoy a massaging chair?
Not honest about pricing. Girlfriend went in to get nails filled. Sign says it costs $15. They charged her $28 claiming it was for "gel". Previously she had been charged $15. They'll also do things without asking, then charge you for it.
