Stylist was great but the open and honest business practice was not being communicated at all. Was told service would be $18 but was rung out $30.
The young women are so nice in there, and give me a great cut every time.
My haircut jumped from 18 to 21 for the stylist to simply blow dry what little hair I have after the cut. Also was charged $8 for a beard trim with no indication beforehand or signage stating there was a fee. Absolutely disappointed in communication and had their manager call me after the survey to just repeatedly apologize and say she will communicate to my team and not give me my $12 I was duped out of even when telling her I wanted that money back.
