Nice hotel second time I stayed at it comfortable rooms needs a little bit of updating in the rooms breakfast was good
Our Great experience started with check in with Chelsea Vacich. Who with her professionalism made sure We were informed about all the amenities the Hotel has to offer. Breakfast was outstanding!!!! So much food!!! We ate too much and everything was delicious and hot because of Kisha Owen who went out of her way To make sure “Everyone “ was taken care of. The stay and experience Exceeded Our expectations because of the Staff working at this State College location on waddle road.
Not only did they completely lose any record of my reservation, the front desk clerk was quite rude. They had no rooms available either, so after the clerk made one feckless call to a sister property, she basically told me tough luck.
Much better than last time. Clean room with microwave and refrigerator. Still does not offer stay credits for HH members.
The rooms were clean, quiet. Very close to shopping and right off the highway that takes you into the university. They serve breakfast. Coffee in the lobby. Everything you would expect in a hotel. Except no refrigerator or microwave.
