Imagine our surprise and delight when Betty phoned us that evening to say she didn't give us the discount she'd just learned about from the owner, Bruce, who was out when we visited. We bought a bed at Tubbies last week. Betty is far from the "Pushy Saleswoman" type; she spent time showing us and letting us test several different beds and pillows, and seemed more interested in helping us find what we'd like than in forcing a particular bed (or any bed at all) on us. Plus, she was simply fun to talk with. She set up a delivery date 6 weeks in the future (just after we move), and we paid and left the store well satisfied.
Dealt with Bruce, not at all pushy, very helpful trying to get a comfortable mattress in my price range. Fantastic service and great prices.
