We have been pleased with Appalachian Movers. They are careful packers and movers. Tom makes sure that all details are handled as soon as they come up and in a professional manner.. He was able to accommodate our rather sudden change in plans, when we found we could move one month sooner than planned. This change to help us gave them a lot more work to do in a shorter period of time, and it all worked out well. There was an extra complication, since part of our furniture was going to Maine and part to North Carolina! I don't know that another company would have been able to accomplish this in a short time span. Can definitely recommend Appalachian Movers!
The owners take their jobs very serious and is very cautious to make sure everyone’s items are properly wrapped so nothing gets damaged. The work ethnic of this company is amazing and I highly recommend them. Best pricing around for what you want. My family also used them for a cross country move and they were so quick and we trusted them with our possessions. By far a 5 star company and any time we move we will again, use Appalachian Movers. Cameron and Travis of Appalachian Movers did a fabulous job with our small move. They took great care with our furniture and wrapped everything nicely with padding to avoid damage. I would highly recommend Appalachian Movers and feel like we got a very fair price for the services they provided.

We hired Appalachian movers for a local move which included moving a baby grand piano. The crew was fantastic! They were on time, professional, worked hard and delivered our belongings with no damage or problems. The guys had great rapport with each other which made the move fun and relaxing.
