This has become my preferred location for trailer rentals after a couple of very positive experiences (and less than ideal service at another local U-Haul outlet). Have to give a shout-out to Tanner Dishong for totally courteous, prompt, and professional handling of transactions, including troubleshooting a minor problem with my hitch setup.
The experience indeed, was a rather pleasant one, staff was very friendly and accommodating, truck was very clean and serviceable. I would therefore, without hesitation, recommend them to others.
4/26 and was quoted $79.99/ 4 days Called back on 4/27 and was quoted $241/ 3 days. While the customer service agent was very understanding of my frustration they where not willing to make things right. CS agent said that towards the end of the month rates can fluctuate hourly. It doesn't mention this on the website nor was in indicated on the quote. Find another truck rental company.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. I made a reservation for a truck over a week before I had to pick it up. When I came to pick it up I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled without me even being informed. Not only was my reservation cancelled, but the employees showed absolutely zero sympathy, and issued no apology whatsoever. I kept showing my email confirmation, and was continually met with blank stares and complete apathy. I will never use this U-haul location, and probably U-haul in general. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place at all costs.
