Truck rental was fine and cheap. Staff was incredibly rude.
The most horrible experience ever. The person made me refuel two times even though I used it for few miles and the fuel indicator was still at the full mark (beyond the F mark on the dial).
Go to other uhaul locations, save the temper, have a better day.
There should be redressal in terms of discounts or reduced rates if the overall uhaul place doesnt have 3 stars atleast, so that they realize how horrible they are. They do not deserve a place in an otherwise peaceful locality of State College cause they exist only to make money and harass students.
Overall a pleasant and quick experience renting/returning a u-haul. My only complaint is that they do NOT make it clear when reserving online you can not leave your car parking at their lot when using the u-haul (it's a very small lot). I think partially this is the fault of the u-haul website. Be aware of this annoying limitation.
You guys stay away from this uhaul the service really really really really sucks they don't have parking on the guy who says is the owner is an idiot,I just hope I never have to come back here again, correction I am never coming back
Very efficient system. The vehicle is cheap is moving within a city. I drove up to 10feet truck. Kind of difficult at first.
