I am 5'9 and don't quite fit in the skinny pant slacks that they offer. The lady at the front counter was able to order them online for me without having to pay the shipping price. Received the pants a few days later! great service
I LOVE The Loft and all of their cute professional clothing. As a teacher, they offer a great selection that is both stylish and appropriate. My only complaint about this store is that the petite section is so limited. They don't offer all of the same things in the petite section as they do in the regular section. Lou and Grey doesn't have a petite section in this store either. I understand that associates are able to order some things online for you but sometimes this isn't convenient. What if you have coupons you want to use? What if you need it sooner than 7-10 days?
