As a Brooklyn bagel snob, these are the best bagels in town. Really the only good bagels in town.
Awesome breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Try "The Hangover." Nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas. WiFi available, password posted at the counter.
The food is so good I just wish the service could compare. Today I watched an employee get halfway through making my drink, then stopped and made his own. Every time I go in something is wrong, missing, or takes way too long. There’s no where else with bagel that even compare though so I go back
Honestly the worst service everytime I go there. Great tasting sandwiches, but I watched someone talk on their cellphone with gloves on, then immediately make my sandwich with the same gloves. Clearly wasn't paying attention either since I asked for no cheese and got two slices of American melted on both sides....
They always mess up your order and usually in multiple ways. The food tastes great but I have ordered probably 40 times from this place and well over half of those times they have botched it. They give me the wrong food, the wrong amount, or forget to give me my side. I see other customers having the same problem while I wait for my food, too, so it isn't just me. It happens when they are busy but also when it is empty and they have 5 workers sitting around. They make good quality food but this is literally the most careless restaurant/shop I have ever seen and will mess up the simplest of orders every time.
