Today I went to this Dunkin' Donuts with only my Penn State ID. I was under the assumption this location took LionCash as a form of payment. After receiving my coffee and trying to pay with LionCash, a worker who had just finished her shift and was getting a Donut for herself insisted to put my coffee on her bill. I politely declined and apologized and said I would go get money and come back, but all the employees insisted it was fine. True act of kindness for a mistake that was my own fault. And this was after they had a stressful mishap regarding the creamer. Such nice and caring employees!!! They made my day and despite their own stressful situation, still found it in them to be positive and do something nice for someone. Can't thank these employees enough for making my day, I will be sure to pass this act on to someone else today. Thank you!!!!
Service was great and employees were friendly. But I was one of the only people there and the internet was terrible. I couldn't even open my emails
Very friendly and fast service. Unlike other DD this store has lots of donuts. However when asking for a glazed yeast raised ring donut the person had know clue and instead gave me a plain ring cake donut. The workers should know the difference between a cake ring donut and a yeast raised ring donut, that is common baker knowledge. I had to explain the difference, yeast raised is dough and cake is a batter!
I love getting my coffee from Dunkin donuts every morning. P.S. Gabby is the best ever! I will keep coming every day I work to get my coffee because of her.
Drive through one of only 2 in town right now. They're pretty fast too.
