I have NEVER experienced worse customer service. After being forced to wait (30 minutes) because of a big party (prom) I said I couldn't wait any more. The owner was cursing and yelling at me. She said I'd have to pay a broken appointment fee. I've never felt so humiliated as when she was yelling at me. The haircuts were average - nothing special- and the price was right, but I'll never go back! I've been living here for over a decade and I've never met such a rude business owner in happy valley!
My 14 year old daughter is always changing her hairstyle...colorful & natural colors, classic hairstyles to edgy and trendy, Lizz always does an amazing job!
It is a small place in an old building, so I wasn't sure if I made a right decision to try it. Well, I am glad I went there! This was the best haircut in 4 years! I've been to Designer's Denn and Looks many times - and I can't say that I had terrible experiences, but it all depends on a stylist. I guess I was lucky to find a great stylist at Salon Beautiful. Lizz listened attentively to what I wanted to get done and did a superb cut! Two of my friends went to her after seeing my awesome haircut.
I have been having my hair styled by Heather for a while now. I love how great I look every time I leave the salon and always get a ton of compliments! I have recommend this salon to a lot of people. They are always polite and the salon is beautiful as well as comfortable!
I had such a wonderful experience at this salon this evening! The staff all seemed very nice and professional. I admit that I am very picky about my haircut. I have naturally curly hair and it is very difficult finding someone who can cut it correctly so that I can wear it curly or straight, but Deandra did a wonderful job! I felt very confident in her chair that I was in good hands. I left there feeling better than I have in a long time! Everyone deserves the chance to feel beautiful and this place definitely made me feel that way.
