I would give it 0 stars. This place has the worst customer service after you buy.
I moved to State College with a Mitsubishi five years ago, I came here for a service appointment back in 2012, and I still continue to bring my Mitsu to Maggi today for all needed service. The service center is awesome, staff is great, they explain everything, are very fair, and they have a comfortable area for owners to wait in while their car is being worked on. Maggi service provides a discount to PSU affiliated people, which I really appreciate. For the few issues I have had with my car over the past few years, they have fixed them quickly, while I waited, and at a completely reasonable price (There have even been times when I've left paying nothing for small jobs, because I had just had my car there a month or two before). Totally recommend this service location and staff, 5 stars.

I bought a vehicle and had a mechanical problem with it and no one was there to help. I called and called with just a phone tree and left messages that were never to be returned. I called my salesman back but he would not answer then I called him on his cell phone number that he gave me during the buying process and he said DO NOT CALL ME ON THIS NUMBER I DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR YOU. I called sales,service and any other number there was. I was either left on hold until I hung up or left messages on their phone system that never got returned. WORST PLACE I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH.
I'm in the market for a new truck in like a month (although right truck right price things cold change real quick). So I have been checking out dealer ships on pricing and to get a feel for them. So I stopped bye. All I wanted was their asking price on a truck and to see how the dealership was. Then didn't wanna give me a price, finally did, rude salesman, and when I got home checked a web site they posted the truck on for over a thousand less. Hate the car game. I see why blue knob does so well........
