Gave this location a try after feeling a little tiny bit cheated by Midas. Trust issues I guess haha But Jim at Walmart T & L was able to help me out so much over the phone and explained things so thoroughly and patiently for me. Once I took my car in for services, Chuck and Jordan have been an awesome help fixing up my car for more than half the price LESS it would have been at Midas. Really happy with their services and generosity!
Apparently 1 hr left in the day with your lube express guy just standing around is not enough ime to change a battery in a stranded customers vehicle. It takes 10 freaking minutes to change a battery. I would have done it myself to avoid all this but didnt have the tool handy. No i cant come back the next day. Your customer sevice is outstanding (sarcasm) and i will be sure to share my experience. Its sad when pep boys is a better option.
2 times been there to get tires rotated and have yet to get it done. First time I was told I was next after they did a battery change and 2 hours later when I came back it wasn’t even in the garage yet. Second time I got there and they said they only had volunteers working and it would be at least 4 hrs there were 2 ahead of me. Worst service EVER without a doubt. I think my next purchase will be elsewhere.
Had four tires mounted and balanced. The staff were quick, polite, and knowledgable. They took time to answer my questions. Service and tires were cheapest that I could find (bought tires on Walmart website). I do not know if I would feel comfortable taking my vehicle to any Walmart, but I would definitely recommend and receive service again from this one.
I called to see if they could change two tires out for me they said yes bring them in when I get there after driving 20 minutes they told me that they were to busy. Thanks for wasting my time and gas Wal-Mart
