This place is absolutely awful. Don't recommend coming here at all. Very unprofessional
Dr Paul really listens and cares. Need I say more. You are not just a number, he is kind and compassionate. He is very responsive if you wish to talk about anything and has a common sense approach to medicine. I would go so far as saying, he is one of the greatest doctors in the area and it's nice to have an option other than Mount Nittany or Geisinger, where you definitely are a number. We are blessed to have Dr Paul and if you have a problem, I feel quite certain, if you reach out, he will try to resolve the problem. I now take my entire family as his kindness to my children is far greater than 99% of the quick push "in and out" you get other places. If my insurance didn't pay, I would pay out of pocket because I know he will help me resolve the medical issue and treat me respectfully.
Absolutely filthy clinic. Vomit stains on the carpeting all over the waiting room. Exam rooms were falling apart. The only public bathroom seemed to be mostly used for drug screening and reeked of urine and had no running sink to wash hands. The doctor was rude and did not seem to have any idea what he was talking about in the slightest. Wasn’t even worth the $10 insurance copay. DO NOT go here. The single most ill-run medical building I have ever visited.
This place absolutely sucks. Rude staff, the Indian doctor I had had absolutely NO IDEA how to fix my problem, and didn't even attempt to act like he knew or even cared what he was doing. Looked at me for all of 3 minutes before sending me back out to the front desk. I was charged $180 on the spot for the visit, and then was billed another HUGE bill to my apartment weeks later. I wasted so much money that I'm pissed about, because they lied to my face up front telling me it wouldn't be expensive (knowing I'm a broke college student). Long story short they steal your money and your time, two valuable things you won't get back. DO NOT GO HERE. Never again for me.
Dr. Paul's clinic is a much needed facility in State College. Dr. Paul will always take the time to listen to your problem and deal with it. He has a strong background in all sorts of medical issues and the cost is minimal compared to the ER. His nursing staff is very caring and always do their best to get you in and out in a reasonable time. I have never seen a doctor more dedicated to his practice and his work ethic is incredible.
Also, I noticed people complaining about large bills. Nobody wants to pay a lot but why don’t you ask the staff? They were always helpful to me and willing to listen. I haven’t been there for quite some time but Dr. Paul was always kind, and helpful, and knowledgeable.
