I have never had any unresponsive service from anyone involved with this medical practice. Sure, sometimes people are busy. You're not the only person in Central Pennsylvania with a bad knee or hip. My overall opinion of my doctor and his staff could not be more positive. I also enjoy the staff at the front and side desks. They are agreeable and willing to chat, even with an old guy who often has nothing better to do.
Dr Martin for a number of years he has been helpful with every issue. He is a very dedicated surgeon would recommend that group to anyone. Also the staff is efficient and very caring especially nurse Deb.
Dr Sefter is amazing. Very focused on his job and his patient. Extremely professional, polite, and outstanding at what he does. Highly recommend him.
