Only shop here when home depot doesn't have it but the customer service at this location is horrible. No one is willing to go out of their way to help. Happened both times I've shopped here. Got 2 stars instead of 1 because they have what i was looking for.

Staff were very helpful and courteous and assisted Us in finding exactly what we were looking for. They also helped us move large items, and were very helpful in getting things loaded into our van. We will be going back again this week, for more of the same, and we know we will have a very pleasant experience again.
Needed a new clothes washer, went to the competition first, they had a large selection and good sale prices, but NO stock, everything had to be ordered. Lowes had a large selection, great prices, and we drove home with a new washer.
