The massage was mediocre at best. She actually had the nerve to say my tip was bad and she increased the tip before charging my card. I was also charged sales tax which does not apply to massage services in PA. She also tried to charge too much for the extra 15 minutes which I got because the massage felt like it was much shorter than 1 hour. Also, she got me to agree to deep tissue during the massage and then was told it costs more...I feel scammed and my back still hurts!
I went to this place in hopes of a quick massage to loosen some muscles (I'm a CNA) and there was only one employee working. She told me it would be about 30 minutes until she would be able to do anything. I said that was fine and that I would be back in a half hour. I came back ten minutes before the half hour was up and waited. She told me it would be another twenty minutes. I said ok and sat down to wait (a little irritated by this point.) Then another gentleman came in and asked for a massage and she told him it would be 15 minutes. I wondered how she was going to do that since she was the only one there and I had been there first and I had not been served yet. She then led the man to a divided section and led me into the other divided half of the section. She told me to lay down and that it would be another twenty minutes. I was furious! It had been almost an hour and she was telling me I had to wait another twenty minutes! Seriously? I waited for her to go back to the other "customer" she was assisting (I doubt there even was anyone but the man and I there) and high tailed it out of there. A complete waste of time. In addition to this experience the place looks unclean and unkempt. It doesn't even deserve one star to be honest
