Order took over an hour to deliver, all I ordered were pizza and wings, what should take about ~45 minutes. Driver didn't even bother looking for my apartment. Called the restaurant and the owner was annoyed. Told me he'd have the order right out... Waited ANOTHER 30 minutes and called again. The owner was again, annoyed and told me he had just... JUST called the driver to tell him about my updated number! Only after I had called.
Terrible service. Don't ever order delivery. Very disappointing. I have waited 2 hours, and I call to see what is going on yet they do not respond. Completely ridiculous!
Cannot put into words how disappointing and DISGUSTING this restaurant is. We ordered a pizza and 12 wings at 7pm. Said it would arrive at 7:25. At 8pm, we hadn't heard a word. Called to see where the food was and the person who answered was not only rude, but told us it was our fault because the address was incorrect which it was not. The man on the phone said he would call the driver and redirect him back to us. 30 minutes go by and we call again. The same man who picked up the first time said that he contacted the driver FIVE MINUTES AGO AFTER WE CALLED OVER 30 MINUTES BEFORE THAT. We got a call from the driver soon after that who said he would be at our apartment in 2 minutes. Took him over 10 to arrive. Food was cold. And to top it all off, there was a hair baked into the pizza. We immediately stopped eating. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM IN STATE COLLEGE. Do not give them the time or the business because they will not care regardless of how displeased the experience is.
After 2 hours of waiting the food was, as expected, COLD! I was hungry so I ate it nonetheless only to find a hair BAKED into the pizza! I immediately threw out the entire pizza as now I am pissed.
Amazing food, amazing service. The best pizza and wings in town. The owner and workers are very nice.
I am beyond upset at not only the lack of effort to find my apartment, but also the disrespect from the restaurant owner towards a new customer. The hair on the pizza was the icing on the cake!
I do not recommend ordering from this place. Pizza was subpar, wings were ok. After finding hair I'm not sure I'd like to order from a place that don't practice health codes.

Finally after almost 2 HOURS the driver got to my place but didn't make the effort to look for my apartment. I had to come out to get my food.
Probably the best pizza in State College! Of course, there are other places that make great fancy pizza, but if you're just craving a classic cheese/pepperoni/buff. chicken/etc., this is the place to go. Some others have complained about the time/service - I've personally never ordered delivery, but, without exception, every time I've walked in and placed an order, I've been out in under 10 minutes, which is perfect for a whole pizza.
