11:30 at night, they don't offer carry out service? Crazy right? You are open for another 2 or 3 hours and no carry out. Terrible customer service. Online even shows delivery to our address, however due to "business" they can't deliver or offer carry out.
Ordered pizza at midnight. Store didnt answer phone when i called. After two hours it still hadn't arrived. Called the next day and they told me my order got canceled. I wasn't notified in any way.
Terrible service. Ordered 2 hours ago and food did not arrive. I called and they said 15 min till it comes. An hour passes then i call again and they hang up on me. Then an hour later I receive an email saying the order was cancelled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAKE IT GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
I live 5 minutes away from their store and they couldn't deliver to me, could someone explain this to me? When I advised the worker talking to me that I only lived 5 minutes away he repeatedly told me I was "out of range" even though I clearly stated my address and the fact that I was 5 minutes from their location, the worker didn't do anything to tend to my troubles. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to their costumers. Probably won't be calling there again, especially when there is better priced pizza locally.
The last 3 experiences here have been negative. Twice they messed up my order, and tonight I waited 50 minutes for my carry-out order, and my pizza is burned.
