Horrible customer service and overall appearances of that place and it's employees. I was there Wednesday at 9:00 pm with my 6 years old son, and even though I was upset that they were not allowing to seat down (regardless thw website listing to be open until 11:00 pm), I was after all glad they did not because that place looks dirty, old, and probably full of roaches and mice. Not to mention the 2 employees I got to see, which (may not be the case but...) certainly look like crackheads. I would not eat theare even if I get paid to do so.
I've ordered from the Pizza Hut quite a lot since coming to State College, the food is always prepared well and arrives quickly! Ordering in store, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Ate here many times and the food is always good. The decorations in the restaurant are the best part, love the music theme!
THIS PIZZA HUT HAS THE F**KING WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. I CALLED BECAUSE MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH ONLINE, AND WHEN I CALLED WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THEY CLOSE AT 11. I SAID OKAY, FINE, BUT THEN SHE GOES "ARE YOU CALLING FOR DELIVERY?" I SAY YES, AND THIS HO PAUSES FOR TWO SECONDS, AND THEN REPLIES "WE STOPPED DELIVERING AT UHHHHH.... 10:45" MIND YOU, IT IS 10:46, SO WHILE WE WERE ON THE PHONE THIS FAKE DUMB FEMALE DOG GOES "YEAH WE'RE CLOSED". PIZZA HUT HOURS ARE 11 AM TO 11PM. HER NAME IS STEPH.
Man the pizza I ordered was sooooo good I don’t get why you people said it is sooooo bad. It has good service and the food taste delicious
