Good place to have a quick and delicious meal
Slow service, long lines. Don't dare go unless it's lunch hour on a weekday. Line is consistently out the door and barely moves. Plan on waiting upwards of an hour for overpriced food. Burritos are frequently prepared sloppily. Chipotle is good every once in a blue moon but I'm afraid they've become more hype than substance.
For a chain store they really need to find a way to fix the service times during peak hours. This isn't some mom & pop shop with food to die for. If you don't mind waiting forever for a $9 burrito filled with cheap mexican ingredients, knock yourself out.
Great food, frendly employee's. You can always find seating no matter how busy it gets.
The wait wasn't bad considering there were 109K+ at a football game an hour or so before we arrived. Also the first employee who took our order was polite, portions were fair and the food tasted good. However, that is all I can say that is positive. Frankly the restaurant was just unacceptably cluttered with trash and food scraps from previous patrons. The trash was literally a foot above the top of the trash can and falling onto the floor. The drink area was just as bad, as there were no lids for drinks, no napkins in any of the 4 dispensers and the ice tea dispenser was empty. That was particularly hard for me as I have a hard time drinking sodas. Most disturbing was the attitude and disrespect that the checkout cashier gave me and several patrons. I simply told her that the ice tea was empty and all I received was a roll of the eyes. The other patron that I spoke of simply asked for forks that weren't available for customers. I apologize that I didn't get her name, but my receipt says that the host was Arianna. I like Chipotle and enjoy the food but this experience would definitely make me consider choosing a different place to eat.
First off, before I began eating I went to get some lemonade. Instead I got water because it was completely empty. Mind you, its in the middle of the day. Wack. Secondly, the queso tasted bland, and was cold. Thirdly, all the contents of the burrito pooled at the bottom. Which meant that the first 3 bites were garbaggio. Chipotle should stick to making subpar bread bowls and leave the queso making to Qdoba.
