Some of the most awful, miserable people I have ever met work here. Absolutely despicable staff. The worst service experience I have EVER had. I drive 15 minutes to print photos at UPS because everyone at FedEx is so miserable and awful to work with. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Have never met more miserable people in my life. Fire the manager, fire everyone here. They are all so rude and awful at their jobs. Incredibly incompetent. I don't know why so many people claim this place has good service. DO NOT GO HERE- you will have a miserable experience. The tattooed guy who works here (think he's the manager?) is especially awful. He is probably the reason why the entire staff is so awful and miserable. I don't know what his problem is, but he's incredibly rude and hostile.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I was trying to measure and weight a package that I was planning to send with Amazon and the employee did not try to sell me expensive boxing, but recommended me to go back home and use some old Amazon boxes to add an additional layer of safety.
