I have been waiting for one hour and twenty minutes. I am currently sitting in the cast room, which is pretty much a supply closet. No sign of life other than someone who came in to put something away. Very frustrating, clearly they are over scheduled. I can also hear crystal clearly someone else's exam. I hope they don't think they have privacy.
While trying to make an appointment to see a physician, the answering operator was very short and not helpful at all. She kept referring to what she thought I needed and not listening to me. Very rude, short, sassy. So if this is what the customer gets as a first impression, I bet her manager doesn't know how she answers the phone. She kept acting like I was stupid and she just didn't want to be bothered. So I guess I'll move on. State College Orthopedic University, hmm. Wonder where she learned her congeniality, or proper etiquette.
Great Care! I have see Dr Lincoski on several occasions. About 5 years ago I hurt my hand in a fall. I went to have x-rays (ER) and was told it was not broke so I continued in life. I had pain and was living on Ibuprofen. I went back to the Dr and they did a MRI to see if I had damaged Tendons and Ligaments. They sent the results to a Ortho who said put a brace on it without even seeing me. By this time it had been almost 2 months. In a discussion with my family Dr. she recommended Dr Lincoski. I went in and He did x-rays again and discover I had broken my scaphoid bone. I recently fractured my wrist and did not hesitate to Call Dr Lincoski. Yes you may have to wait longer than most Dr. offices but you will receive the best care. You will not regret seeing Dr. Lincoski.
My experience with the staff at the urgent care is way above 5 stars. However, I just called and spoke with a very less then friendly woman at the answering service. She was very rude, not willing to help and hung up on me. She should be required to take a course in coustomer service due to her skills being less then 1 star.
