Would not recommend even as the last resort. They lack in service and the number they have never works, if it some how goes through no one will ever pick up. I read the other reiews where the owner is trying make his "business" look good by basically passive aggresivley thrashing on the reviewer rather than actually doing something about the shitty "business" they have. Would not recommend to anyone, if you really want Chinese food don't even think about this place.

I placed an order with Uncle Chen's through GrubHub, it arrived 20 minutes past the projected delivery time, which I didn't find problematic, though some may. When the food arrived, my order was missing a passionfruit smoothie ($5.40 value). I was willing to be passive about the matter but as I continued eating, I found two hairs in my vegetable lo mein. After some time passed, I called the restaurant to describe my experience. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She spoke to her coworkers (which I could hear on the phone) with an angry and inconvenienced tone. She said they all know that the smoothie left the restaurant and was delivered. She also asked why I didn't call sooner to report my feedback. I spoke to her with professionalism and understanding, as I also work in the food service industry and know that it can be stressful. I explained that it was okay if she couldn't refund the smoothie, but I wanted them to be aware and take my feedback into consideration. At no point, did she apologize or try to compensate but instead accused me of being dishonest. I will not be returning to this restaurant, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I was treated with no respect and in a way that was curt and unprofessional. It was absolutely unacceptable.
I went with a party of four, and everything was delicious. We ordered the mapo tofu, crispy beef, Chinese broccoli, and this bowl of spicy oil filled with spam, tripe, blood, and sausage.
Prime time is good though I love the bubble teas just the food is trash at uncle chens
It is really one of the lowest quality Chinese foods in the region.
