This is a great restaurant that has an amazing bar list. All of these negative reviews are because people don't know how Chinese food restaurants or this town works. Delivery in this town is always horrible, I always pick up my own orders. Chinese food restaurants are never known for their customer service.
Don't eat here unless you want to spend the next few days blasting vomirrhea in your bathroom. The restaurant was filthy - sticky tables, food served on dirty plates/bowls, you name it. The rice was dry and slightly crunchy, it wouldn't surprise me if it had been sitting out in the open for most of the day. Service was okay, at best. This place should be shut down for health code violations.
I have been a customer since they opened and I have had a consistently bad experience over the last year so I figured I would share. Unless you work there or know someone there, I find it hard to believe that anyone feels that the service is good. Also if you look at the sushi bar the guys never wear hair nets. I made it known to them and they wore them for a week and guess what...I found hair in my sushi again. From a cleanliness standpoint they are filthy. I will be honest the sushi can be good at times and the Chinese food although inconsistent can be ok at times, but it's hard finding consistency.
Food came soggy and the portions were all messed up. We paid for a dinner combo portion and got 3/4 rice. After expressing the issues, the lady I spoke to on the phone was quite rude to me and didn't express concern for our issue. Needless to say, we will not be dining there any time soon.
GREAT sushi.. yellowtail and tuna tasted very fresh. Hibachi and chinese items are less impressive but still good. Delivery is slow but worth the wait!
