I have rental once. even indicated I would use my american express card that cover for my damage waiver, the agent did not take that off the final bill. He just told me to initiale on a few places... very un-professional!

Great experience and very efficient staff.
Slow, expensive; takes forever to make contact with manager to get bills corrected; added extra hour despite the time it took to complete the pick up and the time waiting in line to return the car at the counter. Terrible.
