I honestly don't understand these negative reviews. Every single time I have used National at the University Park Airport I have had excellent customer service. Friendly, smiling faces, questions answered, very little wait time in person or on the phone, just overall excellent customer service. Keep up the great work folks!
I'm giving one star because there is nothing lower. Worst costumer service I have ever received. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, do so! We were waiting for about an hour and the person working didn't exchange a word to us.
waited 15 mins. for a response to a call and never got an answer, just continuous music!
