I called the Mechanicsburg and the State College store.
Looking for agave sweetener I used to get there. I've asked several employees on two occasions, but all I get is a shrug and "We probably don't carry it." Well you used too. "Really?" they ask. It would be nice if someone actually CHECKED or told me a store it was at or if I could order online, etc.

This store is always very clean and well organized. In my experience they have great staff who are helpful and courteous whenever you have a question.
I got on line to order gift cards, well they were out of stock. I called the store and someone put me on hold and forgot about me so I called back again and they did not have the gift card in the store and they could not give me a rain check. Very poor customer service.
I can not say enough how wonderful Sandy and her team are at the pharmacy! They absolutely make my day! So kind, helpful, and compassionate! They know their customers, and treat everyone with such respect. I've been going there for years and would never consider going anywhere else! Thank you ladies for sharing your joy with us!!!
Use the scan and go app to avoid the line when checking out. Not as good as Costco, but pretty good deals on bulk items.
