Jeffrey was awesome! My children wanted to take advantage of the great IPhone 7 upgrade. We drove 40 minutes, arriving an hour before store closing. In that time we had a 15 m screen repair to make a phone eligible for trade-in. Jeffrey processed the upgrade and set up my son's phone in the remaining short time. He involved him in the process and addressed him like an adult customer. 2 days later we experienced connectivity problems, on 1 out of our 5 lines. After being transferred to several 1-800 reps and their supervisors, who were unable to fix the problem, I gave up and called the store.The gentleman (forget his name) knew exactly what to instruct me to do and it was fixed within 5 minutes. He even called me back to make sure the problem no longer existed.
My phone's lease was expiring and I needed to either buy my existing phone outright or get an upgraded model. I went a half hour before closing having drove 50 miles to get to that store and the guy there Jeffrey did a terrific job of getting me a new phone and setting it up and doing the administrative work. I was impressed by his skill, dedication and customer service. Well done!
I have been back a few times with questions on my phone. Being not tech savvy Jeff has been a great help. Also, Jesse is stayed past his shift to help me. The store employees go above and beyond to help you. Every time I go in they are always cheerful and make you feel comfortable no matter what you need.
Really helpful and friendly staff! Jeff walked us through all of the different options and promotions to help us maximize our savings. He was very thorough when we added new lines to my account to make sure everything was entered correctly and all promotions were applied.
Update to my original review, sales team was great but beware if you need to return something. I returned the phone I purchased a week later because of having zero signal in my area. That is when the problems started. I had received a Signal Booster from them at the same time and returned it to the store along with the phone. A week after I returned it I got a letter stating that the booster needed returned and I would be charged a fee if it wasn't. I called customer service on July 3rd and they verified with the store that it was there and I would not get charged. Apparently the store still never sent it back because I got charged $267 today for a non-returned booster. I had to spend more of my time calling into customer service today getting it removed. Additionally I got charged for monthly service in mid-July that I had to call to get removed.
Outstanding customer service. The deals going on now can't beat. If you want to save $$$ over the other guys check them out!!!
