Great gym! I have visited multiple times in the last three years. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, great atmosphere and awesome workouts!
Bryan, the owner of CrossFit Nittany, is a top notch fitness coach and business owner and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a fitness program. I'm really picky when it comes to fitness studios, and CFN checks off all the boxes when it comes to quality programming, coaching, and really delivering an awesome experience.

There are a lot of really nice reviews here and I love that I know most of those people. This gym, but most importantly, the environment it has created results in a community of such amazing people is what makes this box an extraordinary one. I travel constantly for my job and I miss two things consistently: my dog and my gym. Lastly, if it merits anything, I'm not fond of wearing brands names and whatnot in public (I don't even have a good Penn State shirt any longer and that's my alma mater), but I will represent CrossFit Nittany because I can stand by its quality and its people with no reservations.
Do yourself a favor and at least put them on your short list when you're looking for a place to train. Research them, talk with them, try them out, come to your own conclusion. I think in the end you'll agree with my assessment!
