I loved leasing my new apartment from ARPM! Every time I called the office they were extremely polite and answered my extensive questions without hesitation. All email responses were prompt and packed with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the unit. I especially loved getting to take my tour with Heather. She was so kind and patient with my mother and I while we, again, asked tons of questions. Would recommend to all my friends!

July 2017: I could go on and on with this awful review, but there's not enough time in the day. To make things short, they're charging me for something that should've been taken care of prior to my move in. On top of that, they're charging me for not paying this charge, and better yet, they didn't even notify me about this even after I had called them to let them know I needed to be notified. Tip for future renters: take pictures of everything in the apartment before you even settle in. I literally mean EVERYTHING. That way you will have proof of the condition of the apartment and how everything was. Also, make copies of every form they give you just in case you need to pull it out for proof. I don't know how this realtor is still in business. I'm surprised no one has tried to sue them.

I have been associated with Associated Realty Property Management for over 30 years. I own a condo in downtown State College that is rented to students and ARPM has managed it the entire time. They handle every aspect of the process...... rental market analysis, advertising, lease preparation, monthly rent collection, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and excellent communication with the owners. Every year it is a seamless transition from one group of tenants to another. I would not have anyone else handle the management of the condo. 5 Star for sure.

So Far So Good!!! My daughter and her roommates worked with Mary Quick in regard to finding an off campus apartment. Mary took the time to make sure they were comfortable with the location of the apartment and made sure they understood the process. She answered every question they had as well as our questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a person who not only knows the market but also takes the time to make sure it is a good fit for the prospective tenants.

Ms. Mary Quick at ARPM went out of her way to help my daughter, who is attending Penn State Univ., to fill out an application to lease an apartment. She was very patient, caring, thoughtful and kind in helping us to choose the apartment that is most suited for my daughter's needs. Then, once we got the listed apartment, she was very flexible, accommodating and friendly in showing us the unit. Even though we came from Maryland, these great qualities she had, was indeed a blessing as we did not feel out of place at all! She made us so comfortable, as such I sincerely hope that every realty agent out there use Mary as a role model.

Oct. 2017: The office has responded, and I cannot respond to them, but this situation was taken off of my account, but when I received my security deposit back $70 suddenly went missing. It was listed as a late fee for not paying the charge that wasn't my responsibility. When I had officially moved out, I had double checked via phone call into their office if there were any charges I should be aware of, and of course when I finally get the security deposit back, they would find a way to take money out. I have emailed them numerous amounts of time, and they still haven't gotten back to me about this situation.
