I thought management was horrible. They took ridiculously long to fix any issues with the apartment.

Save yourself from these guys. There are many great places to rent from in State College. Nevins is not one of them.
I'd like to take back what I said. I just received a call from Nevins asking to fix any problems I have, and even replace the lightbulbs in the house because of my dissatisfaction. Great people who really do care about your living situation. Rent from them if you still can.
They don't what has been asked of them even with their written approval
I really hated living at Waupelani Lofts. I could hear everything that was going on in the apartment above me. At night, while in bed, you could hear the neighbors using the bathroom and every step and word they uttered.
Got a fantastic apartment right in town from them. Much friendlier than GN.
Rented from them for 2016-2017. Can't wait to move out. Wifi didn't work for the first week, was questioned when i brought the issue up to them as if I was lying. Staff has been rude. Get emails every other week saying water needs to be turned off. Everything is falling apart, my closet collapsed the first week, the bathroom door is falling off the hinges, the faucets are backwards. I hate this realtor pick somewhere else jf you still can.
I've only lived in Townview, but the apartments are decent especially given how low rent is. Nevins management is very accommodating too: They were able to help me sort out an auto-billing cycle problem on my end that was costing me hundreds of dollars in late fees with absolutely no hassle. The support and repair staff are also very prompt and efficient. Definitely the most positive relationship I've had with realtors in State College.
