I give them 0 stars! Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional, rude and insulting! I have never in my life worked with anyone in any industry that insults their clients and is so distasteful!
I bought a house and was not informed about a major safety issue that has a price tag of over $6,000.00 to repair. It is a structural issue that should have been disclosed by the realtor prior to closing. Adding the $6,000 to the sale price exceeds the appraised value. Both agent and broker were unprofessional.

These are seriously, without a doubt, the worst people to ever rent through. They are incredible unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous. When I moved into my place the bathroom door was missing, the place smelled of paint and until this day if you wipe anything down the paint comes off. I didn't receieve my bathroom door for 3 days and when I did, it doesn't close completely. You'd think they realized that when installing it, right? Every time it rains a room in the place gets soaked and because of that the cheap paint they used to paint the floor is stained. Oh yeah, not to mention that the realtor is a complete and utter miserable human being who doesn't know how to properly talk to her tenants. If you're under the age of 30, be prepared to be talked down to as if your her own child. Honestly, rent through elsewhere.
The lady I kept talking to was extremely rude every time we were on the phone, not a good first impression for a potential landlord. It's a shame because some of their properties are nice, I'm just not renting from a landlord that is going to be that rude to me in the beginning stages.
