The equipment is always in great shape and the gym is spotless. Staff are always available to give pointers or modify the exercises to accommodate individuals' fitness levels. As someone who had never worked out much before, I had a lot of questions about how and why exercises were done and all of my questions were answered throughly and taken very seriously.
I love this place. Best gym in town, hands down. Every day is always a really great workout, and it changes so much it never gets boring. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
