He has a very diverse background which I believe allows David to provide a more immersive yet simplistic experience for the prospective homeowner. David was able to work around our schedules for home showings and was quick to reply to emails and text messages. Not only was David quick to respond but he was always thorough in his responses. You can tell he is passionate about helping you understand the process and ensuring nothing goes wrong, within his control. Unfortunately we did not purchase a home due to exterior constraints but if I were to pursue the purchase of a home that resides within Davids territory he would be the first realtor I would call!
He opened and closed a $15 million deal for us, and it wasn't easy. Great attention to detail. Kept us informed for the two years it took to make it happen. Very diplomatic in his negotiations both with us and the other party. No nonsense, but good to work with. I was surprised at how well he negotiated. I thought he was too nice to pull it off. But he did.
